Next up for Saturday Morning Samples is an absolute Soul banger from Jackie Wilson. The track is called “Don’t Leave Me” from the album This Love Is Real, which was released on Brunswick in 1970. This one is pretty straight forward and goes out to all the lazy loopers out there. Definitely not the type of music most people think about when they think about Jackie Wilson. I remember at one point in ’08, I stumbled upon some of Jackie Wilson’s records and it completely blew my head off!!!!! Need I say more??
